    I’m a huge fan of this book. It helped me approach anxiety and panic attacks in a new light. All my previous efforts had been focused on quieting and suppressing the feelings (and fear) of anxiety. This book has great techniques to accept the feelings, or rather welcome them. Let the scary thoughts come and let them pass. Perhaps these techniques are familiar to some, but this was new to me!
